I recently had a New Year's stay at a flat in London. The flat itself was nice and modern, with a clean interior. It had basic kitchen facilities, which came in handy. The location was great, as it was just a short walk to the nearest tube station, making it easy to explore the city. the affordable price was a definite advantage, especially during the holiday season.
There were a few negative aspects of my experience. the area where the flat is located is not the nicest, as it appeared quite dirty and run-down.

The rooms at Mile End Rooms 57A are fully equipped with everything I needed. The fridge and oven were perfect for making my own meals. The kettle was great for making hot drinks. The shower was nice and the hairdryer came in handy. The desk was useful for getting some work done.
The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the lack of free WiFi in the rooms.

stayed in quite a few guest houses in London, but this one takes the cake. Almost spotless, comfortable beds, easy self-check-in, and a cupboard for luggage storage. Plus, it's just a short walk to the tube station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Perfect stay!
Bath tub needed deeper cleaning.

I felt like an athlete, being so close to the Olympic Stadium, and I even ran a mini marathon trying to find the Stratford Tube Station and Liverpool Street Underground Station.
Oh, I just loved listening to heavy traffic all day and all night, it was like a lullaby keeping me awake!

The location is mind-blowing, just a stone's throw away from the tube and surrounded by AMAZING shops. The staff were super helpful and polite, always answering my questions quickly. The value for money is jaw-dropping, especially in such an expensive city. The place itself is spotless, with clean rooms, kitchen, and toilet. The beds and mattresses are incredibly comfortable. Self-check-in is a breeze, and they even provide a luggage storage cupboard. The nearby park is a nice bonus. The free Wi-Fi, dryer, electric kettle, and cookware/kitchen utensils are convenient. No pets allowed and no smoking on site.

The location couldn't be better, with the tube station just a few minutes away and plenty of shops, restaurants, and take-outs nearby. Plus, there is a lovely park right across the road. the room itself was great, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen.
That the street outside can get quite noisy, especially if you keep the windows open. the thin walls made it easy to hear everything, even normal sounds from the neighbors.

The room and bathroom were clean, which was a relief. the location was great, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. the convenience store close by was a plus for late-night snacks.
The room was incredibly small, making it difficult to move around. the lack of air conditioning was a major drawback, especially during hot weather.
